Jess is one of the Community Engagement Managers at Citizens Advice Manchester. She’s currently working with Resolve Poverty on the Money Matters programme, and is excited to be working with schools to get families the support and advice they need.

Previously she was the Senior Energy Champion, working in Manchester communities to keep people informed about the ever-changing energy industry.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys playing sports, including for her local rounders team Saddleworth Bulldogs. She also has a 9-year-old cocker spaniel, Shadow, who is still in her puppy era and keeps her on her toes!
