By Tom Waring, Business Development Executive at Resolve Poverty
Each year, we hold our conference, bringing together people from across the country to discuss what more we can do to tackle poverty and boost household incomes at a local and regional level.
When our 2025 conference takes place, we will find ourselves at a crucial moment in the fight against poverty.
This is because a new national child poverty strategy is being published Spring 2025, meaning that for the first time in well over a decade there will be a meaningful anti-poverty strategy at a UK Government level.
Join us on Thursday 13 March 2025 at Manchester Hall to explore what this national policy change means for all of us working in local places and regions, and how we can all take advantage of this change to strengthen and scale up local anti-poverty initiatives.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage with other organisations and projects that are delivering essential and impactful work across the country.
More information about the conference is shared below, and if you have any questions please contact thomas@resolvepoverty.org.
We hope you can join us at this crucial moment in the fight against poverty.
